Stray dogs in Wulai, Taiwan

The ugly part of Taiwan's gem!

I was a bit shocked, when I saw a (most likely) stray bitch taking out
trash from the waste container. She must have been very hungry.

I've seen few stray dogs in Wulai, but none was fishing trash out of the container.

I think there should be something done to prevent dogs from accessing trash,
because the mess she made is pretty big. Although I feel for her somehow, too.
