I'm not losing my mind over my impending Taiwan trip. I'm calm and positive and there's still many days to go. A common question these days is, if I have packed yet. No, I haven't. I will do so few days before I depart and I'm not there yet. I usually pack the last day and I try to minimize the amount of things I bring. I'm basically a backpacker, because I always travelled with a backpack, rather than suitcases. So you can imagine, that I can't bring along that many things. Most part will be stuffed with clothes and shoes and the rest will be reserved for books and documents, laptop and cell phone. My laptop is my office and entertainment center, I can hardly imagine a life without it him. Clothes are an obvious necessity, of course, unless you are this man. And I don't really need more than this. I want to be mobile, I plan to explore Taiwan from north to south in the upcoming weeks and it's very likely, that I will change my accomodation several times as well. Speaking of which, my better half rented a small room for us today. And guess what? I will be staying in that neighborhood in the photo above: A narrow street, a lot of motorbikes, plants between them, clothes hung and dried on the street... Can it get any Chinese-r? ^_~
What do you think?
